An Asian #ladyBeetle on a wall in Brussels for #InsectSaturday. The only #insect I can contribute today. We're currently waiting in Cologne for our connecting train (after we missed the first connection and the second was cancelled. Ah, it's good to be back in Germany 😂). So the holiday is coming to an end, but tonight, I've got access to my photo archive again. And my bed. 😭

Asian lady beetle for #InsectSaturday

I spent twenty minutes half in a bush by a vine covered wall (looking a bit creepy to passers-by, I'm sure) chasing this beauty around and trying to practice my macrophotography. I took like 250 shots and ended up with maybe 3 that I was even a little bit happy with. Macro with moving targets is no joke! 😅
