Just when I thought I couldn't contribute to #MeerMittwoch from Paris this week: 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘶𝘳'𝘴 𝘐𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥, 𝘛𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘭, 𝘊𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘭, by John William Inchbold (1862) in the #PetitPalais 😌

For #TextureTuesday, one of the stunning floor mosaics of the #PetitPalais. There are so many magnificent patterns!

I took this one just for you in the #PetitPalais in Paris today. Both the Louvre and the Musée d'Orsay are completely sold out for the week, so the Petit Palais was our quick (and free) trip into the world of art. It has plenty of masterpieces too, without the masses.
